Los Simpson

Though Los Simpson (The Simpsons) is not culturally authentic to the Spanish language, it is poular worldwide including in Spanish-speaking countries. This week I watched an episode wth the language set to Spanish in which the town decides to spend government funds on a monorail after a cunning stranger cons them into thinking that it will improve their city. In the end, Marge Simpson was right and the monorail was a slick plot to rob the town.
